Work Flow:
Electrostatic separator separate the waste materials on using the differences of conductive, in the combination of high-voltage corona electric field and high-voltage electrostatic electric field, and electric power and mechanical force. This equipment strengthens attraction on the conductor electrostatic and the repulsion on non-conductor. High frequency alternating strong magnetic field is generated on the surface of the  magnetic roller. When the non-ferrous metal with electrical conductivity passes through the magnetic field, the eddy current will be induced inside the non-ferrous metal. The eddy current itself will create a magnetic field opposite to the direction of the original magnetic field, and non-ferrous metal(such as copper、aluminum,etc)will leap forward along direction of its transport for the repulsive of magnetic field and will be separated with other non-metallic materials. The main distinguishing criterion is of waste material conductivity and the ratio of density. The material with high ratio value is easier to separate than the material with low ratio.

1. Safety operation. Due to generate tens of thousands of volts inside the equipment during operation, staff must pay special attention to personal safety during operation. Even if the machine stops working, the equipment inside still has high voltage charge, which brings danger to the staff when they are not careful in operation. 2.Feeding Device:According to the different materials, our company's electrostatic separator adopts a unique feeding method, or adopts a single frequency conversion speed to control the feeding, so that the materials enter the corona electric field uniformly, and this can achieve better separating effect.

4.Dust collection device:A lot of dust will be generated inside the equipment for a period of time, which directly affects the separation effect. Our company specially designed a dust blowing device to keep the separation effect.

5.High voltage electrostatic power supply:The electrostatic separator uses a stable high-voltage electrostatic power supply. Due to the influence of weather humidity or the peak time of power consumption, the voltage will change, and the unstable high-voltage power supply will affect the sorting quality. The pressure regulating device makes the high voltage power supply stable and unchanged.
